  We waited a long time for our food. Big groups that came in after us received their food before we did. When our order finally came out it wasn't even hot.
  Our waitress was great, continually keeping our drinks filled, constantly telling the kitchen that we were still waiting and she just kept apologizing for our wait.
  We understood that it wasn't her fault, but waiting nearly an hour for our food and then it's not even hot....sorry, but that's unacceptable.
